Philip Merry: Philip är vän med Fons Trompenaar och arbetar mycket med kultur i organisationer och företag inte minst med FN. Enligt Philip så behöver vi arbeta igenom kulturen i alla team, grupper, företag innan vi kan göra något annat. En definition han har på kultur är ”organisationens sätt att lösa problem” Samtal som gör skillnad i denna pod handlar mycket om kultur och hur vi hanterar det, nyttjar det och vad vi ska se upp för. Philip har flera gånger varit huvudtalare vid Belbin konferenser jag deltagit i. Han har ett smittande sätt och är mycket kunnig i sitt ämne.

Philip is a friend of Fons Trompenaar and works a lot with business
culture in organizations and companies, not least with the UN.
According to Philip, we need to work through the culture of all
teams, groups, companies before we can do anything else. A
definition that he has on culture is "the organization's way of
solving problems." Conversations that make a difference in this pod
is a lot about culture and how we handle it, use it and what to
look for. Philip has been key note speakers several times at Belbin
conferences I have participated in. He has an infectious way of
catching the audience and is very knowledgeable around his
subject.
